Workshop Entrepreneurship meets AI: Build your Business Model Canvas with AI

A great idea is just the beginning – a viable business model is crucial for success. In this workshop, you will learn how to translate your vision into a logical and economically sound structure. We work with the globally proven method, the Business Model Canvas, and combine it with the power of generative AI. You will learn how to use AI tools not just as a search engine, but as a critical strategic sparring partner. Together with AI, we will develop the nine building blocks of your project: from the core value proposition and target groups to cost structures and revenue streams. AI will help you uncover blind spots and test your assumptions immediately.
